GRANDMA'S PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter or 1 stick butter 2 eggs 2 c. persimmon pulp (a little more doesn't hurt) 1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water 1 tsp. baking powder 3 c. milk 2 c. sugar 1 heaping tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Let cool. Beat sugar and eggs until creamy. Add persimmon pulp and butter. Blend flour and milk (like cake). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
