1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
6 unpared potatoes, cut lengthwise into strips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9"x13" pan in oven. Put potatoes in pan and coat in Worcestershire sauce and butter. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
