HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, minced
1 can cream style corn
2 1/2-3 c. mashed potatoes (prepared as usual)
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onions in small amount of butter or oil. Add hamburger and brown, breaking meat into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Place into 2 quart baking dish. Spread cream style corn on meat. Top with mashed potatoes. Garnish with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
