SWISS ALPINE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c. diced ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cheese and flour. Layer half the broccoli, ham and cheese in pie shell. Repeat layers. Top with the onion.

Combine milk, eggs and seasoning; pour over filling. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
