C.'S FAVORITE SWEET & SOUR
MEATBALLS
 
1 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix above ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls. Put on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven until brown. Drain on paper towels. 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Mix sauce and jelly well. Put meatballs in sauce and bake at 350 degrees until well coated and baked in sauce or can put in crock pot and cook for 3 to 4 hours.

Meatballs can be made and cooked ahead and frozen. Thaw then before baking in sauce.
