ELEGANT MOLDED FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange flavored gelatin
2 1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. juice from drained fruit
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
1 (No. 303) can apricots, drained & quartered
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin according to directions on package. When partially set, fold in pineapple, apricots and marshmallows. Turn into pan (7 1/2 x 12-inch, 2 quarts). Chill until firm, about 24 hours.

TOPPING:

1 c. juice from fruit
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Combine juice, sugar, egg and flour in saucepan. Cook until thick. Add butter. Blend well. Let cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over congealed salad. Arrange on greens.
