CRUNCHY CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (9 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cut, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. corn flakes cereal, crushed to 1 cup
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. In large bowl, combine all casserole ingredients. Spoon into greased casserole. In small bowl, combine cereal and butter; sprinkle evenly over casserole mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated and topping is light brown. Garnish with parsley and pimento stars, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
