PAM'S MUSTARD PORK CHOPS | |
Thickened soup is great over potatoes! 4-6 pork chops (or pork steaks) 2 (10 oz. ea.) cans chicken with rice soup prepared mustard all-purpose flour oil salt and pepper (optional) Spread mustard on chops and dip in flour. Season, if desired. Brown in oil. Place in pan (with lid). Add soup and simmer on stove top. Cook for about 2 hours or until meat is tender. Submitted by: Pam Howard |
