DIXIE'S POTATOES 
1 pkg. Southern Style hashbrowns
1 bunch green onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Split package of hash browns and soften in microwave about 5 minutes. Chop green onions include green tops.

In saucepan heat together soup, sour cream and butter. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan layer potatoes, green onions, cheese and sauces. Top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
