CAULIFLOWER POLONAISE 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 hard-cooked egg
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook cauliflower; drain well. Finely chop hard-cooked egg. Heat butter until lightly browned, stir in crumbs, snipped parsley and chopped egg. Spoon over cooked cauliflower. Makes 5-6 servings.
