2 c. diced chorico
1/2 c. diced onions
4 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
1 c. diced green peppers
1 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk

Saute chorico, green peppers, and onions in a little oil or butter; drain. Sprinkle on a large pie plate, 10 1/2 inches or larger. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over chorico mixture on pie plate. Sprinkle shredded cheese over Bisquick mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean when placed in mixture.
