RITZ CHICKEN CRUNCH 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 stick butter
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 chicken bouillon cube
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
40 or more Ritz crackers

Mix dissolved bouillon cube, mushrooms, soup, sour cream and chicken; dot with butter. Crumble crackers on top and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
