CRANBERRY-APPLE CRISP 
3 c. fresh cranberries
2 lg. apples (unpeeled, sliced thin)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix berries, apples, sugar, cinnamon and 1 tbsp. flour. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, nuts and butter with the rest of the flour. Pour berry mixture into small baking dish. Pour nut mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until top is brown. Serves 4-6.
