DANDELION WINE 
2 qt. dandelion flowers
4 qt. boiling water
3 lbs. sugar
1 orange, cut up
1 lemon, cut up
1/2 yeast cake

Add flowers to water, let ferment 3 days, strain through cheesecloth. Add sugar, orange and lemon, boil 15 minutes. Strain, cool, add yeast. Pour in gallon jug. Let stand 8 days uncocked, then cork. Ready in 2 weeks.
