HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 c. mashed potatoes

Mix meat, 1/2 cup soup, onions, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Press in bottom of pan firmly.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove and drain off fat. Spread mashed potatoes on meat and top with remaining soup and cheese.

Bake an additional 10 minutes.
