CAULIFLOWER SALAD SUPREME 
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 medium head lettuce, torn into pieces
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled

Layer ingredients in the order listed in a large salad bowl.

Dressing:

2 c. kraft mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread dressing over top of layered salad; cover and chill 6 hours or overnight. Toss salad well before serving. Garnish with bacon bits and chopped hard cooked eggs if desired.
