EASY LASAGNA 
2-3 lb. hamburger
2 (27-30 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
8-10 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 onion, diced
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger, onion and spices; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and heat. Beat together cottage cheese and egg.

In 9x13 inch pan, spread a thin layer of sauce, top with a layer of lasagna noodles, add another layer of sauce, cottage cheese mixture, half of shredded cheeses. Repeat with meat, noodles, sauce and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil, bake another 10-15 minutes until brown.
