SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs (room temperature)
1 c. (small carton) sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream Crisco and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each - (sift flour, soda and salt together). Add flour, sour cream and vanilla - all at one time. Bake in greased and floured tube pan 350 degrees about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
