4 c. cubed potatoes
4 strips bacon
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chives or 2 tbsp. green onion

Boil potatoes until done. Fry bacon and then crumble up. Mix all ingredients together. Can be served hot or cold.
