SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lg. potatoes, diced
3 med. yellow squash, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients and place in covered casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. This can be cooked in electric skillet or placed in heavy duty Reynolds Wrap and cooked on the grill, turning often to keep from burning.
