CREAM OF ANYTHING SOUP MIX 
2 c. non-fat dry milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and store in air-tight container. To use, combine 1/3 cup mix with 1 cup water. Cook until thickened. Add 1/2 cup mushrooms, celery, chicken, vegetables, etc. Yield: 3 cups, 1 recipe. Calories, 95. Fat, 2 gms.
