SCOTCH SHORTBREAD COOKIES | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 lb. butter 2 1/2 c. flour Rub butter into sugar, but do not cream it. Add flour by the handful until all is used. Roll between waxed paper. Cut into 2 inch squares. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
