SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1/2 c. flour
1/3 onion, minced

Reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons juice; add to juice 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. Add flour, onion and juice with baking powder to salmon. Make in patties and fry in deep fat until brown.
