SWEET AND SOUR BLUEFISH | |
4-6 bluefish fillets 2 packets of Equal 4 tsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 lg. cans pineapple chunks 1 sm. can pineapple juice 1 green pepper, cut in strips 6-8 oz. chow mein noodles 1 tbsp. vinegar Use electric skillet to saute fillets in a little of the pineapple juice. Remove fish from pan. In a cup, blend together cornstarch, Equal, soy sauce, pineapple juice and vinegar. Pour into skillet and cook until it bubbles. Add pineapple chunks, green pepper strips, butter and return the fish to the skillet. Cover and simmer 10-20 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4. |
