SALMON LOAF 
2 (1 lb.) cans salmon
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery (some tops)
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs

Mix salmon, celery, onion, and parsley flakes. Beat eggs in separate bowl, add salt, pepper, soup, milk, and bread crumbs. Mix well with rest of ingredients and bake in a buttered loaf pan 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
