BROCCOLI CORNBREAD | |
2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread/ muffin mix 1 stick butter, melted 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and cooled 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. cottage cheese Combine cornbread mix, eggs, butter and cottage cheese together well. Fold in cooled broccoli. Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 375 degrees until nicely browned. Serve warm. |
