CRUNCHY SNACK CHICKEN 
20 chicken drumettes
1 c. buttermilk farm style dressing, prepared according to pkg. directions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper

Dry chicken with paper towel. Dip each piece of chicken in prepared buttermilk dressing, coating all sides thoroughly. In shallow dish, place dry stuffing mix; roll chicken in mix to coat well. On greased baking sheet, arrange chicken pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease, approximately 35 minutes.
