STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
4 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. minced ripe pineapple
1/4 c. water

Cook until pineapple is tender.

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sliced strawberries

Boiling time is 20 minutes until thick. Makes 4 glasses.
