STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB JAM | |
7 c. rhubarb, cut up 3 c. sugar 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin Cut up 7 cups of rhubarb, and mix in 3 cups sugar with fork. Let stand 3-4 hours. Boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1 package strawberry gelatin and boil 10 minutes longer. Pour in glasses and store in refrigerator. |
