SUGARLESS TOPLESS APPLE PIE 
8 inch prepared pastry pie shell
4 c. pared, sliced cooking apples
Grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1-2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
7 packets "Sweet One" sweetener

Preheat oven at 425 degrees.

1. Coat 8 inch glass pie pan with Crisco.

2. Line it with prepared pastry shell.

3. In a bowl, mix apples with remaining ingredients and then fill pie shell.

4. Cover it with an 8 inch aluminum foil (measure it by the pie plate).

5. Place on bottom shelf and bake for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender and pie crust is brown.

6. Add a packet of sweetener and/or cinnamon for taste. Serve warm or chilled. 8 servings/130 calories.
