FRESH STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
1 qt. strawberries, mashed
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tall (13 oz.) cans Pet milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix mashed strawberries and sugar. Stir in evaporated milk and lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Pour into 2 quart freezer container. Churn and freeze.
