RANCH (CHICKEN) CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can chicken broth or 1 1/2 c. broth of above
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese or American cheese, grated
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can tomatoes and chilies

Cook chicken until tender in water. Debone the chicken. Pour all soups in one saucepan and heat. Tear tortillas in small pieces. Arrange ingredients into layers in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
