SPINACH BREAD | |
1 sm. pkg. chopped spinach 1 lb. deli provolone cheese 1/2 lb. deli pepperoni Bread dough (frozen or homemade) 1 loaf 1 egg, beaten Thaw and squeeze dry spinach. Roll out dough. Spread spinach over rolled dough, then layer pepperoni and finally, layer cheese. Roll dough toward you, folding up edges. Brush rolled bread with beaten egg. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Slice thinly and serve immediately. |
