SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can peas (or corn)
1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes (or use real mashed potatoes)
Provolone cheese

Cook hamburger and drain off the fat. Add the peas to the meat and stir. Prepare the mashed potatoes as directed. Place the mixture in baking dish and cover the top with the potatoes. Cover the top of the potatoes with the provolone cheese and bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
