FRESH PEAR PIE 
Quarter fresh pears (about 5)

Place in bottom of unbaked pie crust.

2 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
Dash salt
1/2 c. sugar

Beat the eggs well, add 1 cup heavy cream, dash salt and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour over pears. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Put on top crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 50 minutes or until custard is set and crust is brown.
