1 c. sugar
1 lemon, grated rind and juice
1 c. Half and Half
1 qt. white soda

Mix sugar and lemon until sugar is dissolved. Mix in cream and let set overnight. When ready to serve, add 1 quart of white soda. Make an ice ring with red and green cherries or strawberries for color.
