2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex

Cook on medium heat for 3 1/2 minutes until smooth. Pour over Rice Chex until well coated; spread on cookie sheet and refrigerate until set.
