SUMMER SQUASH 
Summer squash
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 med. onion
1/2 lg. green pepper
Cheddar cheese, shredded

To the sliced summer squash, add onion and pepper after steaming. Mix the beaten egg and milk mixture and shredded cheese. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
