SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 onion, minced
1 (6 oz.) can sliced, drained mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
Dash of oregano
Salt and pepper
Monterey Jack cheese

Brown beef, saute onion and mushrooms. Add oregano, salt and pepper. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain very well. Mix meat, spinach, soup and sour cream. Put in casserole and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
