MICROWAVED CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popcorn, popped
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. salt

Place the popped corn into a large brown paper bag. Put remaining ingredients into a 4 cup microwave measuring cup or bowl. Do not stir. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir vigorously. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir vigorously. Pour the syrup over the popcorn in the bag. Shake bag vigorously. Microwave 45 seconds on high. Shake well. Microwave 45 seconds on high once again. Shake well. Pour into a jelly roll pan to cool. Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
