CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE 
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage links
1 lg. onion
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. white wine

Brown chicken in butter until well browned. Remove chicken from saucepan. Brown the onion and sliced mushrooms in the same saucepan. Add chicken broth and wine and bring to a boil. Brown sausage separate. Place chicken and sausage in a casserole dish and pour all other ingredients over the top. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice or noodles.
