SUE'S SENSATIONAL SALAD 
Salad:

2 bunches romaine or leaf lettuce
2 green onions, chopped
5 oz. toasted almonds*
12 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1/2 can rice noodles

*To toast almonds, bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.

Break apart lettuce and place in a large bowl. Add onions, almonds and bacon. Mix well. Sprinkle rice noodles on top.

Dressing:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
