2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. vanilla 4 slices bread, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise Sugar Cinnamon Maple syrup Melt butter. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in bowl. Beat well, soak slices of bread. Brown bread in frying pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with maple syrup. | |
