CRAB CASSEROLE 
3/4 stick butter
2 1/4 c. stuffing mix
4-5 tbsp. parsley
12-16 oz. crabmeat
4 cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. Durkee's Famous Sauce
Few drops Tabasco
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 of topping mix

Saute first three ingredients, reserve 1/2 for topping. Add all other ingredients. Mix gently. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
