SEVEN LAYER MEXICAN DIP 
Begin with a large platter and layer each with:

1. 2 cans bean dip
2. 2 avocados, peel and mash and mix with 2 tbsp. lemon juice
3. 1 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 pkg. taco seasoning
4. 3 tomatoes, cut, cubed and drained
5. 1 can black ripe olives, sliced thinly
6. 2 bunches of finely chopped green onions
7. 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Make ahead of time, it serves a crowd! Serve cold with tortilla chips.
