2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
3 cups raw apples, chopped

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cream eggs, sugar and oil together. Pour all spices over raw apples. Place dry ingredients in the mixing bowl with egg mixture. Batter will be really thick.

Add vanilla, nuts and raisins. Place apples in the mixture.

Bake in a 13x9-inch pan at 325°F for at least an hour.
