CRANBERRY CLUSTERS 
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter (to cut down on fat grams substitute 1/2 c. applesauce)
1/4 c. milk (if cutting fat, use skim milk)
1 egg (use 2 egg whites if watching cholesterol)
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cream butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat into cream mix, milk, egg, and orange juice. Blend dry ingredients. Stir in berries and nuts. Drop from spoon 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yield 6 dozen.
