2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and cook over boiling water, beating constantly, at high speed until frosting is dull and will stand in peaks. Add vanilla after cooking.
