ZUCCHINI PARMESAN 
Slice zucchini about 3/8 inch thick. Dip in beaten egg, then in flour. Fry until tender. Pat the larger zucchini on bottom of baking dish. Spread spaghetti sauce over each slice, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat with more layers. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
