FISH FILLET SUPERB 
2 lb. sole, haddock or white fish
Cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika
2 tbsp. sherry

Brush fish with oil and broil 8-9 minutes. Mix soup, sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer fish to platters. Spoon soup mixture over fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly.
